Redstone Ranch
Redstone Ranch is a 26+-acre property in the Roaring Fork Valley. It was redeveloped from an existing agricultural property with an aging barn and residence into a beautiful agricultural property that can also serve as a retreat location for the owners. The barn was enlarged and enhanced and the deteriorated residential unit was completely replaced as a caretaker dwelling unit under the Pitkin County code. Interesting and unique agricultural techniques such as a moveable chicken coop to spread fertilization were employed. Architectural changes were accomplished with Michael Fuller Architects. CRA provided the landscape design and permit process.
