Aspen Shadow Mountain Residence
Clauson Rawley Associates provided the planning and landscape design for this residential renovation by Rowland + Broughton Architects. This sensitive redesign of outdoor gathering spaces responded to the client’s desire for a custom fire feature, built-in bench planter, and Ipe sundeck with views of Aspen Mountain. Some creative alternatives were required during the approval process given City of Aspen residential code requirements. The rear yard provides divided multiple spaces for dining and other activities.
