Clark’s Oyster Bar

What is now the Clark’s Oyster Bar began as a brick storefront and later housed, Little Annie’s, a local’s-favorite restaurant of many years. In later iterations, this one-story building had a rough wood-clad storefront. As part of the Hyman-Hunter Street redevelopment project, the City of Aspen determined that the building’s low scale and storefront represented a resource worthy of preservation. Stan Clauson Associates was involved in the land use permitting for this project and negotiations with the Historic Preservation Commission. Design by Rybak Architecture & Development.
